FUNCTIONAL COACHING

The fanatic care we live for comes to life in our coaching. Caring fanatically means keeping people injury-free, and that’s why safety is our number 1 priority. Our coaches are militant about form and OCD about biomechanics. If it ain’t safe, it ain’t happening. We coach in a way that feels super personal, and makes the person in front of us feel like the only one in the class. We know their name, we know their goals and we show them the love every time they come in.

FUNCTIONAL COACHING 101 

In this module, we'll be going over all the foundational basics you'll need to know & comprehend before becoming a coach! 

SOLID STEPS 

The Solid Steps to Get Optimal Results are what we live by to get our clients the best possible results! 

COACHING CUES

Coaching cues is where we go through exactly how we coach our foundational movements. This will be the exact framework and structure that you'll coach each of the class movements with! 

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT 

In this module, you'll learn how to take clients through a movement assessment & what their results will

determine for personal training going forward! 

REGRESSIONS & PROGRESSIONS

Everyone is going to be at a different level of fitness when you're coaching in a group setting. Utilize the regressions & progressions in this module to appropriately modify workouts for each level of fitness. 

COMMON ERRORS 

Every movement has common mistakes that individuals make while performing them. In this module, we'll go over what they are along with how to coach them to do it the right way!
